Bennett Partners is the master planner for Southlake Town Square Garden District’s Phase II and is providing architecture services in association with David M. Schwarz Architectural Services for The Residences and Brownstones District.

This phase is an extension of the Town Square but with a greener, more park-like atmosphere. At its core is a large programmed green space, while the residential units have large courtyards and private green space. Materials of the Brownstones and condos will complement the original Brownstone phase.

The Brownstones project will have 19 units and up to eight larger estate-sized town homes ranging from 4,400-4,800 square feet as well as two custom town homes. The project also features The Residences, a new multi-story condo project with 38 single-level units ranging from 1,800-4,000 square feet.
