Bennett Partners worked with the Salvation Army to create a friendly, festive environment in their Angel Tree Warehouse and Distribution Center.

The project included a lobby and intake area with a service counter where clients can pick up their gifts. Key objectives of the project were to make the existing space more functional, accessible and warm to honor the dignity of the clients.

Keying off the iconic shield logo and red bells of the Salvation Army, the design team created a welcoming, branded space for the organization on a very limited budget. The team put in hundreds of pro bono hours on the project to give the organization this special place. In the past, the firm has provided financial contributions to the organization; this year, the Angel Tree project inspired staff members to shop and provide gifts for the firm’s adopted angels.
