Hughes House is the second phase of the 6 phase Stop Six CNI project. The project consists of 162-unit multifamily development over two blocks bordered by East Rosedale Street to Avenue G and from Langston Street to one block east of Amanda Avenue in Fort Worth.

The development will have 8-unit types in multiple configurations. Block A will consist of a 3 to 4 story building with approximately 66 units and about 11,100 square feet of common and management office area. Block B will consist of a 4-story building with 96 units and about 8,900 square feet of retail space. The total site is approximately 5 acres. The project was awarded a 9% tax credit. As discovered in the planning scope of this project Block B will utilize a small underground storm water management under the surface parking lots. Our site will work with the existing slope of the site and maintain significant trees as possible. The project will seek 2020 Enterprise Green Community certification and will receive FHA financing.
