Bennett Partners worked with the City of Burleson for the structural architecture at the new Mayor Vera Calvin Plaza in Old Town. 

The Plaza was constructed in the existing City Hall parking lot. Bennett Partners worked on five structures located just south of Burleson City Hall. The two shade pavilions are approximately 1,400 sf and frame the west side of the plaza. The passenger streetcar shade structure is approximately 2,600sf, with a platform/stage covered area. The freight streetcar shade structure is approximately 1,000sf. Both shade structures are located at the east side of the plaza with a small courtyard between them and elevated platforms for access to the interiors. The last structure is a fully enclosed restroom and audio/visual building of approximately 800 sf, just east of City Hall.
