Bennett Partners has worked with the TCCD real estate and facilities team to help transform the vacated WestFork building at the Trinity River Campus.

The initial project included code studies and reviews to evaluate possible impacts of change from traditional office to classroom use. Additional projects include the new office spaces for TCC Connect as well as the IIT group, including a new building entrance and sound studios. Additional floor renovations have included working with both the FWISD and Tarleton State University, to help meet TCCD and the end user needs for new classroom floors. The work in these buildings was completed on an occupied campus, which required additional design sensitivity to campus impacts. On all related projects, Bennett Partners has worked with TCCD to minimize impacts of challenges found in renovating existing spaces.
