PreviousTMRC is an approximately 60,000 square foot Independent Senior Living apartment podium type building type IIB and masonry construction.
On the main level of the new construction the building includes offices for staff and multipurpose rooms for the facility’s use. The project also includes remodeling approximately 6000 square foot of existing common areas with new finishes, lighting and mechanical system. In addition, a new serving area in the existing dining room is being provided as well as an outdoor patio area with a shade structure and new accessible routes. The project contains 42 new parking spaces for the resident’s use.
