The Chapel Hill Academy is a two-story expansion of an existing Charter School teaching under-served students from a number of school districts.

Providing a new area of middle school lunch and after school activities, expanded kitchen area, additional group learning, 14 new classrooms, and expanded administrative areas this project allowed the school to provide additional grades and bridge the gap between the high quality elementary education they provided and specialized magnet high schools available to all.
